Audrey Rose (Lott) Preston

Audrey Rose (Lott) Preston, 88, of Baltimore, Maryland passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Brightview of White Marsh. Born March 16, 1928 in Baltimore, Maryland, She was daughter of the late Brynley and Carrie Lott. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Harry D. Preston, one son Harry B. Preston and one brother, Brynley Lott.

She is survived by two sons, Rev. Robert Preston and wife Mary Jane of Chesterfield, Indiana, Rev.  Donald Preston and wife Diana of Hancock, Maryland and one daughter-in-law Lucille Preston of Cummings, Georgia. Two sisters Marian Scarinzi and husband Gino of Baltimore, Maryland and Carrie Ruszala and husband Russ of Baltimore, Maryland; Two brothers, David Lott of Cockeysville, Maryland and Stanley Lott and wife Yvonne of Leesburg, Florida. Seven grandchildren, Troy Preston, Jonathan Garcia, Maria Garcia, Bryndon Preston, Jason Preston, Audrey Lewis and Rebekah Preston, thirteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. 

Audrey was a credentialed minister with the Potomac Ministries Network of the Assemblies of God. She served in prison ministry with Teen Challenge and also alongside her husband Harry pastoring churches in Maryland and Virginia.

A service will be held on Monday, February 20, 2017 at Bruzdzinski Funeral Home 1407 Old Eastern Avenue Essex, Maryland. The family will receive visitation from 11am to 1pm with service following at 1pm. Rev. Robert Preston and Rev. Michael Powis will officiate. Burial will be at The Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens Baltimore, Maryland.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in her name can be made to Middle River Assembly of God 9620 Bird River Road Baltimore, Maryland 21220.
