Beloved husband of the late Linda Harner. Devoted father of Carla Swauger and her husband Robert, Kelly Kight and her husband David, Brenda Harner and Colleen Harner and her husband Jason Wojtkwiak. Dear brother of Kathleen Carrigan and the late Robert Harner. Also survived by his seven grandchildren

Funeral from the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A.  1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at Route 702 (Beltway exit 36) on Friday April 21st, 2017 at 1:00 PM.  Mass of Christian Burial in Saint Clare Church at 1:30 PM.  Visitation on Thursday April 20th, 2017 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM.  Interment Dulaney Valley  Memorial Gardens.
