Beloved husband of Anna Mae Fowler. Devoted father of Walter Fowler III, Bridgette Forbes and her husband James, Charles Fowler and his wife Ann and Jenny Christopher and her husband Rob. Also survived by his sister Mary A. Johns and his grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
