On Tuesday, November 13, 2012 Barbara Ann Watkins (nee Oswinkle); devoted mother of William Oswinkle and Sherry Smith; sister of Joseph Oswinkle, Jr. and his wife Kathy. Also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A. 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at Route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Saturday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 8 PM. Funeral service on Saturday at 8 PM. A private cremation will follow.
