My deepest condolences and prayers of comfort for your family. Joe was always helpful here at Tessco and had a lovely sense of humor. The photo selected is exactly how I remember Joe. Best Regards, April Brown

I’m sorry doesn’t seem like enough to express our condolences for the loss of your dear husband and father. Although words fail us, God can never fail us. May he comfort you and help you to endure and grant you immeasurable peace until death is wiped away and all of our sorrows are finally no more. (Revelation 21:4)

Pam and Joe,

Mom yesterday shared the story about the time that Joe dressed up as Santa Claus and surprised everyone. It seemed appropriate as you enter a very tough Christmas. Joe was always giving, even if it was simply a smile, a laugh, or a joke. Being 600 miles away meant that the time we spent together wasn't frequent, but every time we did, I knew that he loved me and was happy to see me.

My hope is that the days ahead are full of happy memories and that you feel his presence wrapped around you when you need it most. And I hope that the laughter in the memories eases the sorrow of missing him. I'll miss you Uncle Joe.

Sending all our love your way.

Robbie

I've known Joe since 3rd grade and was proud to call him my friend. Pam, you are in my prayers - I hope you are able to move on, knowing Joe is in God's hands and no longer suffering. May he rest in peace and may you thrive in life. I'm blessed that you and Joe joined the group for our annual O.C. weekend and hope you will continue to join us each year in his honor.

Pam,
We were shocked at this news. Our deepest sympathy goes out to you and your family. We are in Florida, and unfortunately, we will not be able to attend or physically be there to help you and the family deal with this. Joe was a long time friend, and our prayers are with you! Chuck & Donna

I was very sorry to learn of Joe passing. I was very fond of Joe. He loved the Baltimore County Police Department and the F.O.P.. Joe worked hard as the president of the F.O.P and loved the members of both. Joe will be missed by many. Joe made a lot of friends and I count myself as one. You suffered for a long time. Now, no more pain or suffering. You are now at piece in the house of the Lord.
Rest my friend and you will never be forgotten by me.
