Beloved husband of Elaine Watts. Devoted father of Dalton R. Watts and Casey S. Watts. Loving brother of Buddy R. Watts, Jr and Fred Watts. Also survived by his nieces and nephews.
A private cremation was held.
A memorial service will be held at the Kimberley Farms Banquet Hall 1721 Bayard Avenue Dundalk, Md 21222 (use this address for GPS) on Friday January 11, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
