On November 15, 2019, Nelson Eugene Austen "Gene"; beloved partner of Kathy Rider; devoted father of Edward Austen and his wife Deidre, and Benjamin Austen; cherished grandfather of Alyssa and Clay Austen; dear brother of Nina Knill; loving uncle of Lisa Heffner; doting great-uncle to Rachael and Austin Heffner.
Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at Route 702 (beltway exit 36), on Tuesday from 4pm to 8pm. Funeral services on Wednesday 10:00am.
