Arthur; Loving mother of Shirley Elaine Milburne and husband Ronald William Milburne, Rickey John Eiler, Bonnie Arthur, the late William Ernest Eiler Jr. and the late Sandi Arthur; Cherished grandmother of Everette Dale Goins, Kelley E. Yoakum, William Cody Eiler and the late Melissa Eiler; Dear great grandmother of Bailey Nicole Yoakum and Hunter Douglas Yoakum; Devoted sister of Dorothy Steele. Also survived by Joseph L. David III.
