Beloved husband of JoAnn Simpson. Loving father of Michelle Chmielewski. Cherished grandfather of Brandi Hunsaker, James Chmielewski, Tyler Chmielewski.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday October 27th 2018 at 11:00 AM in Belair Memorial Gardens 809 Rock Spring Road Belair, Maryland 21014.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Williams name to the Maryland SPCA 3300 Falls Road Baltimore, MD 21211.
