On January 10, 2026, Alice Ruth Cummings went to be with the Lord. Beloved wife of James Kyle Cummings, Jr.; devoted mother of James Kyle Cummings, III, Philip Kevin Cummings and his wife Heather Kristine, Jason Kirk Cummings and his wife Theresa, and Matthew Keath Cummings; cherished grandmother of Jessica Cummings, Kyle Cummings IV, Logan Cummings, Deidra Cummings, Rhiannon Cummings, Jason Cummings, and Amber Schmidt; loving great-grandmother of Koa Schmidt. Also survived by a host of other loving family members and friends.

A graveside service will be held at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens, 10201 Bird River Road, Middle River, Maryland 21220, on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to Middle River Baptist Church, 610 Middle River Road, Middle River, Maryland 21220.
