Alicia Louise Shaffer went peacefully to meet the Lord on July 15, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of William Shaffer; devoted mother of Kyle Bowers and his wife Lauren, Matthew Bowers, Julie Luna Shaffer, and Justin Shaffer; cherished grandmother of Sienna Bowers, Emmett Bowers, and Annabelle Bowers; loving sister of Leah Viera-Metzbower and her husband Glenn, and Lennie Rettkowski; dear aunt of Ian Viera and his companion Roxanne Wehking, Ashley Dietz, Steven Metzbower, Eston Rettkowski, and Reid Rettkowski.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Ouzo Bay on Sunday, September 11, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A special ceremony will be held that same day at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: LMSDR Fund Leiomyosarcoma Research & LMS Studies:  https://www.lmsdr.org/donate
