Cecilia Helen Bobart (NEE Kowalski)
Beloved wife of the late Charles Joseph Bobart, Sr. Devoted mother of Albert Bobart and his wife Linda and the late Charles Joseph Bobart, Jr. She is also survived by her grandson Brian Parton.
Formerly of Dundalk, Maryland Cecialia spent her final days in Millsboro, Delaware. Cecilia enjoyed ballroom dancing with her husband who was an active member of the Knights of Columbus.
Graveside services will be held on Friday September 11th, 2015 at Gardens of Faith Cemetery in Rosedale Maryland.
