On March 5th, 2019 Charlotte Ann Rhine; Beloved wife of the late Richard (Dicky) Rhine, Sr.; Loving mother of Teresa Travers and Christine Sheckells; Cherished grandmother of Jamie McKinney, Joseph Kramer, Jessica McKinney and Nichole McKinney. Also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 9th at 1 pm in Holly Hill Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A.
