On May 17, 2025, Cynthia M. Winner went to be with the Lord. Devoted mother of Stephen Andrew Winner and his wife Megan; doting grandmother of Cecilia and Madelyn Winner; cherished daughter of Catherine and the late Edwin Abney, Sr.; loving sister of Edwin Abney, Jr. and his wife Lisa, the late Timothy Ray Abney, Catherine Ramsey and her husband David, and Michael Abney; dear aunt of Eddie, Kevin, Michael, Trina, Caitlin, Tyler, Emily, and Austin. Also survived by many other loving family members and friends. 

Friends and family may call at the family-owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home, 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex, Maryland 21221, on Thursday, May 22, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will begin at 12:00 PM. Interment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
