On April 15, 2017 Edna May Akers; Beloved wife of Russell LeRoy Sharp of Essex, MD; Loving mother of the late James Meadows Jr.; Cherished sister of Betty Akers of Alderson, WV, Doug Akers of Kegley, WV, Edith Sweeney and her husband Robert of Fredonia, KS and Fonda Stengel and her husband Mike of Baltimore, MD; Preceded in death by her parents Dale and Letha Akers, brothers James, Lloyd, Kenny, Frank and sister Alice. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 20th at 1 pm in Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery 7401 German Hill Road Dundalk, MD 21222. If sending flowers please send them directly to the cemetery.
