Francis Joseph Walters
Beloved husband of Frances (Donna) Walters. Devoted father of Debra Lynn Tull, Steve Randall Walters, Kelly Marie Herzing and the late John Wayne Buclew and Terry Lee Walters. Dear brother of Mary E. Drew, Emma Duckworth, Jacqueline Higgins, Barbara A. Huzinec and Deborah Walters. Also survived by his grandchildren and great grand child.
