Gerard Nicholas Wienhold

On October 4, 2026 Gerard “Gerry” Nicholas Wienhold passed away at the age of 96; beloved husband of the late Gloria Wienhold, married for 75 years; Loving father of Paul Wienhold and his wife Robyn Fisher; cherished grandfather of Karl and Erik Wienhold. He was preceded in death by his siblings Frank and Bernard Wienhold. Gerry was a US Coast Guard veteran and an active member of the Cardinal Gibbons Knights of Columbus Council. He worked as a financial manager at the Martin Company and Westinghouse, now Northrup Grumman. In the 1970s he and Gloria, along with his cousins Charlie and Marie Vrany, spent their weekends operating a business as antique dealers called Vanishing Wares.

A private cremation was held. A memorial service will be held at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church. Arrangements by Bruzdzinski Funeral Home.
