On October 17, 2015, Gilbert Kenneth Phelps, beloved husband of Aliceann Phelps (nee Weir); devoted father of Laura Citro, Gail Andujar, Gilbert Phelps II and Sonya Williams; dear grandfather of Ryan Scardina, Chelsea Citro, Kaitlyn Phelps, Savannah Williams, Kameron Williams and Lachlan Williams; great grandfather of Hudson Herd and another great grandson "on the way" River; brother of George Phelps and the late Linda Rodgers.
Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. Memorial service on Friday at 1:00 pm. Inurnment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
