Henry William "Bill" Long

On October 19, 2026, Henry William "Bill" Long passed away at his residence. Beloved husband of Mary Ruth Long and the late Linda Ruth Long; devoted father of Deborah Long, Adam Long, and Ronald Long and his wife Peggy; dear stepfather of Samuel and Christopher DePasquale; cherished grandfather of Adam Long Jr., Samantha Long, Sierra Hoover, Nicholas Long, Grant Long, Julia Long-Stallings, Christina Slaughter, and Lauren Paige; dear brother of Brenda Long, the late Leonard Long, and the late Adam Long; loving son of the late Joseph and Helen Long.

Bill was the owner of Silver Dome Bar in Essex for 47 years, He also owned Long Construction and using his carpentry knowledge, built a home that he cherished on Back River.

A graveside service will be held at Oak Lawn Cemetery, 7225 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21224, on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Entombment to follow.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Silver Dome Bar, 1912 Middleborough Road, Essex, Maryland, on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
