Beloved wife of the late Richard “Pudge” Waugh; devoted mother of Christopher Lee Waugh (Sandra), and Lori Newman (James); cherished grandmother of Madeline Lapointe (Justin), Hannah Waugh, Zachary Kiebler, Alexander Kiebler, James Newman Jr. (Rachel), Keirsta Newman (Courtney), and Jordyn Baxley (Kyle); doting great-grandmother of Kylynn, Harper, Adalyn, Kayden, and Kamryn; dear sister of James O. Boley of Leesburg, VA., and Robert Boley of Dunnellon, FL. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Friday, September 6, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral services on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Interment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
