On August 25, 2023 Joe C. Oswinkle, Jr. passed away peacefully at the age of 75; Beloved husband of Kathy Jo Oswinkle; Loving father of Keith Oswinkle and his wife Athena and Scott Oswinkle; Cherished grandfather of 3 grandchildren.
Friends may call at the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Wednesday, August 30th from 6 to 8 pm. A private cremation will follow. Family asks in lieu of flowers to please make a donation to a charity of your choice.
