On September 17, 2023 Julia Ann Stamper passed away. Beloved wife of the late David Stamper; devoted mother of Michelle Whitmer, and Michael Stamper and his wife Laura; cherished grandmother of Aaron Whitmer, Rhiannon Whitmer, Kendra Stamper, and Mallory Stamper; dear great-grandmother of Anijane Sturgeon, Layla Whitmer, Autumn Whitmer, Owen Whitmer, and Lucas David Holder. Also survived by a host of loving family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
