Katherine T. Brown

On December 30, 2025, Katherine T. Brown passed away peacefully. Former wife of the late George Jacobs, and the late Leroy Brown; devoted mother of George M. Jacobs and his wife Martha, Susan Hall, Kenneth Jacobs, David Jacobs and his late wife Lara, and Marcie Miller and her husband Roy; cherished grandmother of Kimberly, Janelle, Samantha, Justin, the late Robbie, BrieAnna, Amanda, Chad, Jessica, Erica, Ryan, Gregory, Charles, Katie, and Kady. Out of her five siblings, she is survived by her sister Marlene Shifflett. Also survived by twenty great-grandchildren, and a host of other loving family members and friends.

Friends may call at the family-owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A., 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex, Maryland 21221, on Friday, January 2, 2026, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Interment Moreland Memorial Park Cemetery.
