Layton Gene Lochary

On July 30, 2025, Layton Gene Lochary passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Florence Lochary; devoted father of the late Dale Lochary, Sr., and his surviving spouse Kathy, and Donna LaRue and her husband Mark; cherished grandfather of Brent LaRue and his wife April, Kristi Campbell and her husband Mike, and Dale Lochary, Jr. and his wife Samantha; doting great-grandfather of Dylan LaRue, Cody LaRue, Elaina LaRue, Zachary Lochary, and Jacob Campbell; loving brother of Larry Lochary, Leroy Lochary and his wife Sandra, Chyrl Neus and her husband Dennis, and Sheila Dawson and her late husband Bruce. Also survived by a host of loving nieces and nephews, and many other loving members and friends.

Friends and family may call at the family-owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home, 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex, Maryland 21220, on Sunday, August 3, 2025, from 3:00 to 6:00 PM.
