On February 22, 2026, Releford "Ralph" Brown passed away surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Beulah Marie Brown; devoted father of Tina Sutherland and her husband Roland, and Penny McCray and her husband Bill; cherished grandfather of Kristin Sutherland, and Roland Sutherland, Jr.; doting great-grandfather of Kylie Coyle, Eli Sutherland, and Azlynn Yeager; dear brother of Charles Brown. Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, the late John and Sarah Brown, five sisters, and four brothers.

Friends may call at the family-owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A., 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex, Maryland 21221, on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 10 AM. Interment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
