On April 24, 2022, Rodney Fleischmann, beloved husband of Elizabeth "Vonnie" Cox; devoted "Doggie Dad" to Junior, Peanut, and the late Chandler and Myles; loving son of Mary Ann Fleischmann (nee Steinach) and the late Nicholas William Fleischmann Sr.; cherished brother of Lucinda Crews and her husband Shawn, and Nicholas William Fleischmann Jr. and his wife Barbara; dear uncle of Kristy Fleischmann Groncki and her husband Christopher, and Nicholas William Fleischmann III and his wife Heather; dear brother in law of Leah Smith and her husband Donald. Also survived by a host of other loving family members and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 10003 Bird River Road, Middle River, Maryland 21220, on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at 10:00 am. Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex  at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Monday, May 2, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Interment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
