On January 6, 2024, Ruth Louise Hayes passed away. Beloved wife of the late Charles Raymond Hayes, Jr.; devoted mother of Karen Thier and her husband Jim, Eric Hayes, the late Chuckie Hayes, and the late Lisa Hayes; cherished grandmother of Scott Thier, Blake Thier, Tina Torre, and Erika Hayes. Also survived by a host of other loving family members and friends.
A private cremation was held. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to:
