On July 24, 2017 Shirley M. Whitfield (Nee Canning); Beloved wife of the late Delmar R. Whitfield; Loving mother of Priscilla Smith and her husband Tim and Gary Whitfield and his wife Cathy; Cherished grandmother of Carrie Sprucebank and her husband Jerry; Dear great grandmother of Justin, Breanna and Andrew.
Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral services on Thursday at 11 am. Interment Oak Lawn Cemetery.
