Beloved wife of Kenneth R. Carter. Devoted mother of Pat Carter Copes and her husband Skip, Kevin Carter and his wife Ginny. Loving sister of Elizabeth Reiter. Dear aunt of Kay Stainner. Cherished friend of Jocelyn (Hershey) Lynn. Also survived by four Grandchildren and eight Great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady Queen of Peace Church on Thursday October 12th 2017 at 10 AM.
Friends may call at the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex at Route 702 (Beltway exit 36) on Wednesday October 11th 2017 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. Interment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
