On May 15, 2021, Thomas William Lipscomb Sr.; beloved former husband of Laurie Lipscomb; devoted father of Brittany Terry and her husband Dan, Ambrosia Hall and her husband Ryan, William Lipscomb, and Thomas Lipscomb; cherished grandfather of Brianna, Olivia, Natalie, Cushla, Bentley, Cooper, Deaglan, and Emil; dear brother of his best friend Madelyn, Wilma "Wo", and the late Carolyn and James; loving son of the late Dorothy Areta Lipscomb (nee Mullins) and William Talmadge Lipscomb. Also survived by a host of other loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his loving canine companion "Elmo".

A private cremation was held.  Arrangements by the family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P.A.
