Stout; Beloved husband of Arlene Stout (Nee Cole); Loving father of Douglas Stout and his wife Wendy and George Stout and his wife Leslie; Cherished grandfather of Jason, Brooke, Jeffery, Dustin, Paige, Marie, Danielle, Matthew and Amanda; Dear great grandfather of 13 great grandchildren; Devoted brother of Wanda Koslap and her husband Robert and Arnold Stout and his wife Sandra.

Friends may call at family owned Bruzdzinski Funeral Home P. A. at 1407 Old Eastern Avenue, Essex  at route 702 (beltway exit 36) on Monday, September 23rd from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service on Tuesday, September 24th at 10 am in St. John's Lutheran Church 518 Franklin Avenue Essex, Maryland 21221. Interment Belair Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Arthur's name to St. John's Lutheran Church.
