On Sunday, December 26, 2021, Ciera Ann Waugh passed away. Beloved daughter of Laura Taylor. Loving mother of Jayden Jeffries. Cherished sister of Tommylee Taylor and Austin Wilson. Ciera is also survived by many other loving family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
