On December 19, 2021, Hazel Marie Weber, beloved wife of the late Henry Weber Jr.; devoted mother of John C. Berkenkemper and his wife Gina; cherished grandmother of John H. Berkenkemper, and Jennifer Berkenkemper; dear great-grandmother of Kacie, Dawson, Dylan, Cameron, and Payton.

A private cremation was held.
