On July 18th, 2019 William A. Norris; Beloved husband of Janice Norris; Loving father of Mark Norris and his wife Jaclynn, Rev. Dr. Jeffery Norris and Laura Appel. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
