I've been told through my life that Angels walk among us and that we never know. It may be a person who says HI, one who grabs something from a high shelf that you yourself cannot reach, or that ear that is lent in times of need.
Family. . .know that Poppy/Dad/Daddy Don was our Angel. A man who never asked for himself, but, gave selflessly to everyone he loved, a Saint and protector to all the children, and Mr Devilish with his wonderful dry humor.
Unfortunitly, the Lord needed his Angel back and we are left with memories, many good memories, cherish those and celebrate his life and his love.
ANYWAY. . .my love to all.
(^I hear him saying this, did you?)

Good morning dad. Today will be the day we carry you back to your rightful place next to mom. I shall carry you strong with pride and honor. It is with empty and broken heart that i write this. Oh the fond memories from my youth and the kindness and genourosity towards others. Father, teacher, mentor, friend. Always sacrificing for the others' good. Eighty one years seems so long, but oh so short. So much left unaccomplished . Love you deeply, and thank you, you were the greatest, and still are. I must go now, i will see you soon.
Your son,
Donald K. Snuffer Jr.
