I am so sorry to hear of Norm'a sudden passing. I met Norm when I was a manager in Baltimore many years ago. Although he did not work for me, he was always willing to help out and do an extremely quality job. He was a true leader and admired for both his skill and his capabilities. My deepest condolences to his family.
